The practice

The Two People Who Come to Your Door

Therapy in Motion is not a franchise or a staffing agency. It is two licensed clinicians who founded the practice and provide the care themselves.

When a practice has one location and forty employees, you meet whoever is scheduled. When it has two clinicians and no location, you meet the same person every visit — and that person remembers what was hard last week without checking a chart.

Dr. Natasha Lee, DPT

Co-Founder & Physical Therapist

Natasha is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and one of the two people who started Therapy in Motion in 2025. The idea for a home-based practice came from her training: a mentor at Idaho State University ran a similar model, and seeing it work up close changed how she thought about where physical therapy should happen.

Her background runs deeper than the clinic. Before physical therapy, she earned a master's degree in kinesiology and exercise physiology, and she has spent years in fitness and performance settings, including as a co-owner of KOA Fitness and previously as a general manager at Fairtex Muay Thai Fitness. That mix shows up in how she treats: she is comfortable with strength and conditioning, and she tends to build plans around what someone actually wants to get back to doing.

When she comes to your house, she is looking at more than the injury. She is looking at your stairs, your bathroom, your morning routine and the specific movements that have gotten harder — because those are the things a plan has to account for.

Janice Wright, PTA

Co-Founder & Physical Therapist Assistant

Janice is a Physical Therapist Assistant and co-founder of Therapy in Motion. She trained at North Idaho College and has spent around eight years working primarily in outpatient settings, which is exactly the kind of care this practice delivers — just somewhere different.

Her focus is the steady, unglamorous work of rebuilding: strength, mobility and the confidence that tends to disappear after a fall, a surgery or a long stretch of not moving much. She is good at meeting people where they are on a given day, which matters when progress is not a straight line.

Patients tend to notice the continuity. Because the practice is just two clinicians, Janice is not a stranger who shows up once. She is someone who knows what your hallway looks like, remembers what was hard three weeks ago, and notices when it stops being hard.

Education & credentials

  • Physical Therapist Assistant — North Idaho College
  • Approximately eight years of primarily outpatient experience
