Where we go
In-Home Physical Therapy Across Kootenai County
We travel to patients throughout North Idaho. There is no clinic to drive to, no parking lot to cross and no waiting room — your therapist comes to your front door.
Coeur d'Alene
Coeur d'Alene, ID
Coeur d'Alene is our home base. We bring one-on-one outpatient physical therapy into houses, apartments, and senior living units across town, from the older neighborhoods above downtown out to the newer streets on the edge of the city.
In-home PT in Coeur d'AlenePost Falls
Post Falls, ID
Post Falls runs on a commute, and clinic hours rarely cooperate. We bring outpatient physical therapy to your house so the appointment stops competing with your workday.
In-home PT in Post FallsHayden
Hayden, ID
Hayden sends most of its medical appointments south to Coeur d'Alene. We come north instead, bringing one-on-one outpatient physical therapy into the house.
In-home PT in HaydenRathdrum
Rathdrum, ID
Out on the Rathdrum Prairie, the appointment isn't the hard part. The drive is. We bring one-on-one outpatient physical therapy out to the house so distance stops deciding whether you finish your care.

It is worth being clear about how this works, because it is different from most physical therapy practices. Therapy in Motion does not have a building. There is no front desk, no waiting room and no address to show up at. What we have instead is a car, a schedule and a service area.
When you book an appointment, a licensed physical therapist or physical therapist assistant drives to your house and works with you there. That means the evaluation happens on your stairs, the balance work happens in your hallway and the exercises you take home are the exercises you already practiced in the room where you will be doing them.
Therapy in Motion was founded in 2025 by Dr. Natasha Lee, DPT and Janice Wright, PTA, and they are the two clinicians who provide care. If you are outside the four communities listed above but still in the Kootenai County area, get in touch and ask — it is a quick conversation.
