Coverage
Insurance and Payment
Coverage is usually the first question people have, so let's deal with it up front rather than burying it at the bottom of the page.

An important note about coverage
Coverage and benefits vary by plan. Contact us or your insurance carrier to verify your specific benefits before your first visit.
Being listed here means we work with that carrier. It does not mean every plan under that carrier covers every service, or that a given service will be covered for you specifically. Two people with the same insurance company can have very different physical therapy benefits.
Let us check your benefits for you
You do not have to decode your own policy. Call with your insurance card in hand and we can look into your physical therapy benefits — what is covered, what your responsibility looks like, and whether your plan needs a referral or authorization.
It usually takes one short phone call, and it means no surprises after your first visit.
Please do not send insurance ID numbers, diagnoses or other sensitive health details through the website contact form. A phone call is both faster and more appropriate for that information.
Referrals and direct access
Physician referrals are welcome and often make the insurance side simpler. If you do not have one, direct access may still be an option depending on your plan's requirements.

Does the in-home visit cost extra?
Do I need a physician referral for insurance to cover it?
What if I do not have insurance, or my plan is not listed?
Is there a limit on how many visits I can have?
Have your card handy? Let's check your benefits.
One phone call and you will know where you stand before you book anything.
