Therapy in Motion was founded in 2025 by Dr. Natasha Lee, DPT, and Janice Wright, PTA, with the goal of making high-quality physical therapy accessible from the comfort of home. Based in North Idaho, our mobile physical therapy practice specializes in in-home rehabilitation for individuals recovering from surgery, managing chronic or neurological conditions, or seeking to improve mobility and function.
With over 10 years of combined experience in outpatient care, our team brings compassionate, personalized treatment directly to you. We specialize in post-operative recovery, sports injury rehab, neurorehabilitation, and musculoskeletal therapy, using hands-on techniques and evidence-based strategies.
Our mission is to make outpatient physical therapy in North Idaho more accessible—especially for those with transportation challenges or who simply prefer the privacy and comfort of home. We serve individuals who value customized therapy plans that support their personal goals, independence, and quality of life.
Therapy in Motion is dedicated to bridging the gap in care by offering long-term rehabilitation and in-home physical therapy services in rural communities. We meet you where you are—both physically and in your healing journey—helping you move better, feel stronger, and live more fully.
